Friday, October 18, 2013. Busses, Pumpkins and Fun. Lydia has been looking forward to this day for a while . It was All Pro Dad Breakfast at school day. She FINALLY was able to ride on a school bus! It was field trip day to the pumpkin patch! She loved having Daddy there! Waiting to load up for the hay ride to the pumpkin patch. Poor girl is so sleep deprived, and I don't know what to do about it. =( Frustrates me to no end! Finally in our seats! Waiting for them to start up the tractor! Week 9 - 1/4 Done.

Monday, January 13, 2014. Our week got off to a rough start . Jack Henry woke up coughing, had a gunky nose, and sneezing. =( Last week he ran a fever off and on, but seemed fine all day Sunday until right before bed. His temperature was up and seemed to be getting congested. We were hoping that he would be better by morning, but that wasn't the case. =(. Starting her 20th week of kindergarten. Jack Henry decided that he needed to be in the picture this morning, too! Jeff, Sarah, Lydia and Jack Henry.

Saturday, December 28, 2013. We survived and made it to our last family get together! So glad my dad and Nancy came up to Searcy and we were all able to be together. I LOVE this train that my dad made for Jack Henry! It is beautiful and something that he will play with for YEARS! Friday, April 18, 2014. Lydia was out of school for Good Friday and we had such a fun day! We let Lydia decide what she wanted to do and she picked to go to the Museum of Discovery. She and Jack Henry LOVE that place and would go once a week if we could! They never get bored and NEVER want to leave when it's time! We normally have to bribe them with something to get them to head towards the door without complaining or crying. =). Check out these 2 rock wall climbers! She took her job VERY seriously!

Friday, April 18, 2014. School Easter Egg Hunt. Lydia has her basket full of eggs ready for her egg hunt at school! Love this sweet girl! Lydia's fun Easter egg lunch . grapes, gold fish, bunnies and M&M's were hiding in her eggs. =). Has her bunny ears on and is ready to head outside to find some eggs! The hunt is on! Sunday, April 28, 2013. While Lydia was spending the weekend with Mimi and Papa, we got to spend the weekend with just Jack Henry. It was so fun having some one on one time with him. Think he kind of enjoyed it too! We started the weekend off with a little shoe shopping for Daddy. He was digging these bright blue shoes! Next up was BBQ for dinner! He loves drawing, so I always try to have paper and crayons in my bag. Makes the wait when we are out a little bit easier! Love my 2 guys! Just a swingin' .

Sunday, July 7, 2013. Once again we have moved. Time to resuscitate "the blog" for those that chose not to move out with us. :). Fairview Heights has been a surprisingly good move. I was a little hesitant thinking of moving to the "big city" (we are only 10 min east of St. Louis). I love New York City, but I think I have a little PTSD, and bringing six kids into city life again gave me a moments pause. Okay, honestly several moments pause. He's only about 5-6 inches long!
