Monday, July 7, 2008. Katie's chilled cucumber soup with wasabi and avocado cream. I have tasted this and it is delicious. I thought pureed cucumber (which is essentially all it is) might have tasted bland, but the cream (she used creme fraiche, you can also use yogurt) really gives it an edge.
