Tuesday, November 17, 2009. I lost my camera at my parents house in August, thus no photo posts of late. Yet, I found it! These photos of my unsuccessful attempt to make homemade blackberry and strawberry jam are here chronicled. The pectin didn't set so I ended up with syrup instead. The Jon and Alex Report. Wednesday, December 5, 2012. Clothes straight from the dryer are a delight to put on, don't you think? This morning Lucy needed something from the laundry that I ran last night. I told her that I was going to get it from the dryer. When I brought it upstairs, she was disappointed that it wasn't warm. Things that come from the dryer are supposed to be warm! So I put it under the blow dryer for a few minutes to warm up and voila! This comment has been removed by the author.

Tuesday, October 6, 2009. My mom was super excited to show me how to make this quiche, they made it for a RS party and the ladies loved it! Yeah it takes awhile to make quiche. We started the night before, once we grated the potatoes we had to soak them in water to remove all the starch. Then you bake the potatoes and they become the crust. The Jon and Alex Report. Monday, April 4, 2011. Which means that so are little lambs. A month or so ago, Jackson went (as a guest) on a preschool field trip to a lamb farm. He was so excited to go and had a great time. He came home telling me about it at the top of his lungs (which he often does, but especially when he's excited).
