Tuesday, October 10, 2006. I like hands. I like touching things. My husband is forever trying to get me to stop touching things when we are shopping (I think he was told "no touch! Too many times as a child). I even have a set of photos called "In Hand". That shows off my love of hands and touching. I like how functional hands are. I also like how expressive they can be. How they can tell so much about a person's life, trials. How they can convey talent. Or simply tell you to leave them alone.

Wednesday, November 01, 2006. I'm on the front page of UTATA.ORG. Lately, I have felt like my muse is finally back, looking over my shoulder and saying- "Take that shot! Its nice to feel like you aren't alone :) I was really loving my new camera with my new 50mm / f1.7 lens. But then it was dropped by my wonderful but sometimes-over-enthusiastic-when-drunk husband, and now it no worky. :(. At least I got this shot before it was gone:. Posted by Getthebubbles at 2:41 PM. I am not really funny, nor does much exciting happen in my daily life, so I am not sure what I would write about on a blog. but, i do take photographs almost every day, and see wonderful shots to share all the time. So now, i have decreed this to be a photoblog. i will try to share at least one of my shots a week, and another inspiring or beautiful or just plain cool shot from someone else here. Thursday, March 01, 2007. Spring. sort of? It feels springy here, at least it has the last couple of days. It's wonderful. And with today's predicted thunderstorms, it certainly could be the first of March. Unfortunately, most of the country is still in the throws of winter, so my springy pics on Flickr. Are getting hateful comments (not really, they are just jealous). Those wintery people just don't realize what a good thing they have going there; snow is beautiful!
