A quilt is nice. Sunday, April 12, 2015. I've been playing with new fabric this week, Reel Time. This is a fun line, and compliments her earlier, wildly-popular fabric line, Comma, perfectly. The line is inspired by elements and colors from the film industry. I received a layer cake, and didn't even get a picture of all the prints before I started cutting into it. (You can see them all here. The blacks and whites (and greys) really stood out to me, so I sewed up flying geese and half square triangles.

A quilt is nice. Sunday, June 15, 2014. One more for the Star Wars quilt. I'm beginning to wish I had made these smaller, they are kind of big. A quilt is nice. Hi there, i'm nettie. i am a stay at home mother of 3 who loves to quilt, loves to read, and enjoys good food. I have been quilting for about 10 years, mostly self taught by reading quilting books. I think anyone can learn to quilt. if you can sew a straight line you can quilt. A quilt is nice. Tuesday, March 3, 2015. I finally pulled my Star Wars. Quilt back out. I am determined to finish it! I expressed some concern about the size of each character in this post. Pattern is found here. It is a cross stitch pattern, turned pixellated quilt pattern, with each stitch being 1 inch. Did you remake it from scratch? Friday, May 31, 2013. I realized the other day when I showed you pictures of my grandma's quilts that I forgot to show you the quilt grandma made for me. I don't know how she did it, but it is the softest quilt I've ever felt. I think it's all those puffy little hand stitches. It was on my bed for years when I was little.
