I was always tired, got all the viruses "hanging" around like flu, colds etc. Besides that I was underweight. Because of an ad in the newspaper I went to a Herbalife meeting, I went because the people behind this ad made me very curious. Of course I did not belief anything of what they were telling us! Then I really got excited, because I did not belief that these improvements would have been possible for me.

The name Arabella was chosen as a word play on the beautiful Arabian horses, which grace its verdant pastures. Stephen de Wet and son Jamie are both very keen endurance riders.
