Tuesday, June 26, 2007. 4 pieces chicken breast. 2 medium onions, diced. 1 tsp tandoori spices. 1 tsp chili powder. 188; tsp black pepper. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 medium onion, sliced. 2 tbsp coriander, minced. 1 Cut the chicken into 2 cm cubes. 2 In glass bowl, mix onion, oil, spices, chili, salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice and yoghurt. Add more flour gradually until the dough is soft and not sticky. Remove from bowl, knead for 1 minute. Place in a greased bowl and cover. Let rest for 1 hour. 2 Punch down the dough. Knead into 1/2 inch circle. Use round cookie cutter to cut mini pizzas. Place in baking sheet. Let rest 20 minutes. 3 Preheat oven 200*C. 2 cups diced tomatoes.
