We are workers, not master builders. Reflections: We Plant the Seeds. We plant the seeds that one day will grow. We water seeds already planted,. Knowing that they hold future promise…. We cannot do everything and there is. A sense of liberation in realizing that. This enables us to do something. And to do it very well…. We may never see the end results,. When their mother, Gabe’s grandmother was alive, she was in love with bumble bees and decorated her house with them. The students at Drake have already begun their winter break, which means our office is a little quieter than usual this week. I know my higher ed friends would agree when the students take off, there’s an entirely different vibe on campus. A little lonely, but also refreshing and calm a nice time to reflect on things and get organized for what’s ahead. But, all have entirely different strengths.
