I’m currently writing this from my car as we drive an hour north back to the Sunshine Coast, have about 4 hours of sleep and then ride 65km on our push bikes. Nuts? Transformations, the male winner lost something like 46kg and an incredible 110cm from his body! It all made me incredibly inspired again for my own weight loss goals. Hence a quick summary of this week:. No other achievements for the week.

This year one of my “ 52 in 52. 8221; goals was to complete the Beginner Essentials course on an iPhone app I downloaded. I’ve spoken in the past about my hip issues, tight from sitting down at work for too long and overdoing it on the exercise front. This is the list for 2015:. Hire something fun e.g. Mini Moke, Segway, House and/or BBQ boat etc. Run 5km in under 30mins. Do a class at the gym. Run 500km over the course of the year. Sign up for the 12 week challenge at the gym. Get a new PB for swimming 1500m. Beat my time for Noosa Triathlon. Go on a ride.
