Saturday, March 29, 2008. Chicken Tomato Corn Soup. When we were young, Mom used to cook this soup. It's very easy and simple. Monday, March 24, 2008. Tai Meshi - Rainbow Trout. Today Chez's catch is Rainbow trout. I recently read recipe of Tai Meshi, basically it is japanese version of claypot rice. I used fish stock as the soup base, sliced mushroom and sliced kombu.
