Monday, May 30, 2016. Christopher was aptly named, he discovered, when brought back to life following a horrendous motorcycle crash, explosion and fire. There’s a lot about writing that seems almost mystical – to people who don’t write, and even to those of us breathing in this damn, frustrating, lovely, mind-sucking, hole of death what we call writing. Can you hear my voice? But what you’re saying seems beside the point when you’re talking about voice, right? Remember when you were in high school? That kid. The one who wanted to be someone special, but didn’t know quite how to...Yeah, w...

http://happycat7.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html

Me: Hey, I left your work on your bed. But that notebook is mine. You didn’t read it, did you? Me: No. That’s yours. The notebook’s mine. Links to this post.

A cafeteria of words aspiring to something else. Friday, April 24, 2009. In Massachusetts, a husband's death shows how important marriage is - and how absolutely ordinary and accepted same-sex marriage has become. Thursday, April 23, 2009. I saw Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. Last night. Not for the first time. An elegantly constructed crime caper with lots of clever word play and men behaving badly. I then pulled out Snatch. And watched it again for the first time in years. Snatch. I am a writer a...

Blography of a Southern Writer. Not Just Whistling Dixie. Monday, January 29, 2007. I’ve noticed recently that a lot of people are Googling for Voodoo Village, and far be it from me not to give you what you want. I’ve decided to tell you everything I know about it. Unfortunately, that’s virtually nothing, because I was never there (until the summer of 2007, or was it 2008? They don't show much, so don't get too excited. August 24, 2007 UPDATE:.
