How do I prepare for my first class or private session? MOST IMPORTANTLY, HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. Leave all your worries behind. The class is for you, not the others around you. You need to be present minded when working out to maximize the benefits of the class. Bring a towel as you will most likely sweat, we also have towels for your convenience. Nless specified, most classes may be done with clean bare feet. If you choose to wear socks, please make sure that the sole has a grip. Bring a water bottle.

When you purchase a package, that reserves your spot each week. Gift Certificates are available! We accept Visa and MasterCard. She possesses a teaching certificate in dance and in 2005 became certified to teach Pilates through Body Arts and Science, International. In college, Katie studied Pilates as it relates to dance under the direction of internationally known dance and Pilates Educator, Karen Clippinger. DIANE HAS A BACHELORS DEGREE.
