http://divevangelist.blogspot.com/2008/06/like-oil-and-water.html
Oceanblue Divers Dive Club blog - for those that live to dive. Monday, June 30, 2008. Like Oil and Water. Why didn’t I take up jogging? But 4-6 feet alone doesn’t tell you enough. Is it slow interval (where the waves come at you with long, rolling predictability) or is it fast (where you get hammered in every direction at once without any rhyme or reason and an ill-timed grab for the ladder will hurt badly)? The only way to truly know what the sea is going to look like, is to go look at it. We vow never ...

That moment that you'll never forget? What was your most memorable dive experience?

The Dive Evangelist: Splash

Oceanblue Divers Dive Club blog - for those that live to dive. Friday, June 13, 2008. Tomorrow I'm going on my first local dive of the season to the wreck of the USS San Diego. Just as I've never gotten to dive the San Diego before, so is the dive is from a boat I've never jumped off before, the R/V Garloo. This is the boat that once was the legendary R/V Wahoo, arguably one of two boats that defined Northeastern wreck diving over the course of the 80s and 90s. Posted by Roger Williams @ 9:16 PM.

Oceanblue Divers Dive Club blog - for those that live to dive. Friday, March 30, 2007. I have been in love with the underwater world, either as a snorkeler or scuba diver, for as long as I can remember. I have never been much of an environmentalist, however, and the extent of my activism in the past has been little more than the occasional editorial. A "Save the Whale Sharks" reception with the Shark Research Institute, and much more. Stay tuned for more info - and go hug a strand of kelp! Oceanblue Dive...

Oceanblue Divers Dive Club blog - for those that live to dive. Sunday, February 18, 2007. Last night, Cassie and I enjoyed a scrumptious dinner at XIX Cafe, overlooking downtown Philadelphia on the (you guessed it) nineteenth floor of the Park Hyatt. The restaurant is known for seafood, so as we perused the delectable choices on the menu, Cassie pulled out her Seafood Watch. In the end, Cassie walked the talk and ordered something else off the menu. What would you have done? And what did I eat?
