Evening Sky, 10:00 pm, May 16, 2016. Saturday, February 28, 2015. When we went by last night the sculptures were displayed under white light, which is how they are judged. They will switch to colored lights, and I'll post a photo of that when I get back to the Ice Park at night. I'm not quite sure what kind of fish this is or what the title means, but I don't think he's a fish you'd want to mess with. I am linking this icy critter to Eileen's Saturday's Critters. Evening Sky, 10:00 pm, May 16, 2016. Thursday, May 7, 2015. Fences Around Creamer's Field. There are a lot of fences at Creamer's Field. The most common is the split rail fence that runs around the front viewing field and various other places. A completely different kind of fence is around the garden, still in its winter dormant stage. It's in front of the old farm house, now the Visitor's Center for Creamer's Field. All of these photos were taken in the last week. I'm linking up with Good Fences. The sp...

Evening Sky, 10:00 pm, May 16, 2016. Thursday, October 1, 2009. Down the Alcan: Buffalo to Hot Springs to Dawson Creek. Yesterday morning we started out at Watson Lake. In the morning we saw lots of buffalo along the road. I was about 15 feet from this guy. Needless to say, I did not get out of the pickup! They totally ignored us, but. It was a beautiful day for a drive. There was patchy fog, but it was a beautiful day. We stopped off at Liard. We arrived there this afternoon. Dawson Creek is the end...
