Sunday, November 20, 2016. Another fantastic Activator Session. This one was all about balance and having so much fun doing it! Sunday, November 13, 2016. Room 1 and 2 Class Trip. Last Tuesday we joined with Room 2 for a fun filled, busy day out of the classroom. Next Stop was Clark's Mill, an old disused Flour Mill. We had lunch there, and learnt how to make flour, made flour bags, had a look at the machinery (which they put on for us) and had a tour aroudn. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Monday, 26 November 2012. Sunday, 25 November 2012. Year 8 Water Day. Last Friday the Year 8's travelled to Glenavy for their final Year 8 day. This term it was a water day and they all thoroughly enjoyed getting absolutely soaked! Tuesday, 20 November 2012. On Tuesday the 20th, the whole school organised a mufti day. It was great to see all of the bright colours, and even better that it was for a good cause! All of the money raised will go towards a new classroom for next year, and also for new resources.

ARDGOWAN ROOM 3
Saturday, 7 January 2017. End of the year. Have a great break everyone. Tuesday, 29 November 2016. Lots of great work in Room 3. We are having a very busy time at the moment with all our preparations for the concert and Christmas projects, but we have still made sure that our quality learning experiences continue. Friday, October 21, 2016. This term we have the athletics day coming up so the kids have been busy practicing different athletic events. Last week they practiced long jump and hurdles. Take a look! On Friday in week 3 we were lucky to have Jaya's granddad Brian bring his guide dog Vader in to school and talk to Rooms 1,2 and 4 about what it is like to be blind and have a guide dog for assistance. Saturday, 22 October 2016. We have had an exciting last week at Swimming. We have gained some great knowledge and had lots of fun in the water. Here are some photos showing what we have been doing. Tuesday, 20 September 2016. Last Friday we had our school Variety Show. Congratulations to all those students who performed. They were amazing and it showed all the unique talents we have in room 6 and at Ardgowan School. Winnie playing a song on the keyboard. Lucas singing and playing the ukelele.
