两年来，通过小额信贷资金的帮助、中心周会提供的技术、信息服务和经常开展的经验交流活动，使一个又一个贫困家庭渡过了生产、生活的难关，他们不再为缺发展资金和技术而抱怨 一个又一个的贫困妇女学会了自尊自爱、自强自立，她们不再为贫穷而自卑 一个又一个乡村改变了不良风气、恶习陋俗，人们文明谦让、和谐共处 一个又一个经营者学会以市场为导向进行生产经营，她们不再听天由命、盲目生产. 与其它执行项目的小额信贷机构一样，仪陇县乡村发展协会此时也面临着这一尴尬的局面 一方面有那么多的中低收入人群需要持续的小额信贷服务 另一方面 小额信贷工作人员大多数是从项目区的农民中招聘的，缺乏财会和金融知识，缺乏管理经验 加之地域、文化、自然条件等多方面的原因，协会小额信贷管理中的诸多问题陆续暴露出来 严重自然灾害导致小额信贷客户的生产经营活动大面积失败 农村基础设施建设的巨额投入让当地农户入不敷出 大量农民被所迫外出务工，留守在家需要信贷帮助的经营者很难在本村组建信贷中心和小组，. 五、仪陇县小额信贷模式未来发展的框架 促进协会、分支机构 未来可成为金融组织 、农民经济互助社之间的合作与互动，建立起与乡村发展共同成长的农村金融服务体系.
