A reimer and 2 whites. Saturday, October 06, 2012. In mid September, there are coniferous trees in the mountains whose needles turn yellow and then fall off. As we were out in Canmore at the time, we thought we'd go check them out. They look quite nice in pictures. Sadly, this is as close as we got! It was very pretty, even if we didn't get to see the larches. But it wasn't a complete loss as the trail was at Moraine Lake. A glimpse of what we saw at the trail head. This is the picture I could have taken.

November 21, 2011. Look who's walking now. So, Isabelle started walking! I called Chad and asked, 'was Isabelle walking this weekend and you forgot to tell me? He said, 'no, is she walking now? She was still hanging onto furniture last night'. We have been anticipating this for a few weeks now and almost missed it when it happened. She's growing up so quickly. December 25, 2011. Merry Christmas from the Stager Family. We had our turkey dinner Christmas Eve and it was delicious! We have enjoyed all of the family time and certainly feel loved. We are enjoying our first christmas all together that is for sure. Kayden opening some gifts. Isabelle cuddling her dolly. I can't believe that just one year ago this was me (and Grandpa Stew). And this is me now with our beautiful little girl. We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and all the best in 2012!

It's incredible to think that one year ago we were sleep deprived, busy as could be and trying to balance having a baby and a toddler. Wait a second, that sounds familiar. August 20, 2011. We decided it was time to update our family photo to include Isabelle. The photos turned out great. We have two from the photoshoot to show you and hope to get a couple more. Kayden and Isabelle did pretty well considering we don't do this very often! Summer has flown by. I don't even understand how it is the middle of August.
