Celebrating the lives of two uncles was what we had the privilege of during February and March. Although it was their time it was still surprising for many that two brothers passed away only six weeks apart from one another. They both lived incredibly full lives and touched many which was evident at both funerals. George, Ella, Angela, and Ken.

Tuesday, November 16, 2010. A Different Kind of Diet. Like a lot of people, the last few days right before a pay day are always slimmer than other days. However, as I started to take stock that these few “days” were in fact happening relatively quickly immediately after I got paid, I started to wonder where all my money was going. Where did it go? Well, I took a good hard look at my bank statements (because I live and die by my debit card). I was personally keeping the Starbucks in my town in business.
