Are You There Chef? It's Me, Michelle. With a busy week ahead, I brought out my slow cooker for a meal on Monday night. The nice thing that I’ve found about making slow-cooker dinners. Is that, often, recipes yield a pretty big batch of food. That provides leftovers for a few other meals over the next few days. I decided to try another slow-cooker recipe from chef Michael Smith’s new cookbook,. 1 head of garlic. 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 1 tablespoon dried oregano.
