November 6, 2011. This is a pretty simple one, for a problem that most people struggle with at least occasionally. For me it is sometimes caused by overeating, but other times caused by emotionally overwhelming experiences. Ginger capsules or fresh ginger. Things to drink (because nausea doesn’t lend itself to eating):. Ginger, mint or chamomile tea. Walk slowly if you can tolerate it. Lie still if you can’t walk. Focus on your breathing.
