Before today i hadn’t worked out since my run on Saturday. Yes, i live a life where 3 days without working out is a lifetime hahahaha. Speaking of pizza letrs talk Blue Apron Meal 3! Veggie Calzones. So they were supposed to be mushroom, collared green calzones, they turned into collared green, onion and pineapple calzones to fit my desire lol. March 28, 2016.

Join me on this adventure we call life. Monday Motivation* November 30, 2015. November 30, 2015. Holy Crap its the last day of November! Monday- training session with weights. Thursday- training session in the pool. Friday – off. Saturday- run 2 miles. Sunday- run 3 miles. This is my optimistic plan. I have been hit with a narley cold. Surgery knocked my immune system down so i am catching everything, which super sucks, but this too shall pass. What does your workout plan look like this week? May 24, 2015.

Join me on this adventure we call life. Day 1 back to school! January 9, 2017. I had a nice easy morning. I finally finished the last chapter in my personal training certification program, now i do some extra studying for the next 1.5 weeks and schedule the exam. In the afternoon I had my first lab for biology 101. After class i had a healthy snack. And headed to the gym. Got in a 2.5 mile run. Did some speed intervals. Dinner was leftover beef and brocolli. Found the recipe on pintrest. October 9th, 2016.

Join me on this adventure we call life. January 11, 2017. How is your day going? It’s snow all around over here. It started last night I am guessing somewhere around 6:30-7pm. I looked out around 6 and it was raining then I stepped outside at 8:45 to drive to the gym and this was what I saw. I slipped and slid and got stuck once or twice but I kept my cool (thank you Nevada for teaching me how to drive in the snow in a small sedan hahahhaha). Then it was pasta time! As happy as I was to sleep in it also stressed me out a little since school is so important to me this time around. Oh well. Deep breathe and let it go. I had a delicious breakfast. Join me on this adventure we call life. Unplanned last day of August. August 31, 2016. Tonight at midnight marks the end of August 2016. My plan was to sleep in, go to work, come home and get in a 3-4 mile run with the pup. The morning went according to plan, I woke up at 7 and cuddled with my puppy until about 7:20, got up and went to work. Breakfast was my protien powder…and I just remembered I forgot my blender bottle at work. At work today we had a retirement party for an awesome person, we had BBQ.

Post run I got to take a quick cold ‘shower’ really it was just a rinse off since even after they ‘fixed’ it, we have no hot water. Lunch was the last of my pasta with bolognase sauce. Monday: Insanity Day 4. Tuesday: PM Strength then 1.75 mile fast (11:35 pace) and .15 mile hills x 6 at a 3.5 incline. Sunday: 8 miles easy and yoga.
