Slimming down. - Haven of Starz. May 13th, 2010. 02:55 pm - Slimming down. Has finally gotta around to trying to slim down after so many false starts and delays and procrastination. I cycled 20km last Tues, ran 1km on Sun, and has signed up for weekly kick-boxing lessons at the Jurong Point CC wif Saphia and Jo. Yay for workout partners! So, combined wif the weekly run in camp, I'll be working out 4 times a week. Pretty solid plan! Hopefully I'll see results in 2 months time! Love starting new regimes!
