Thursday, August 13, 2015. Point Farms, Aug.7-9 2015. Sunday morning I went for a hike in the park before we enjoying toasted egg, bacon and tomato sandwiches for brunch. We packed up and headed to the beach. It was warm and sunny so it was a great way to spend a relaxing afternoon before heading home later in the day. View from the rail trail over the Maitland River. Old hydro trusses with the bridges shadow on the river. Bird on the right is a juvenile Cow Bird that is being fed by a Red-eyed Vireo.

Tuesday, March 18, 2014. Dream's Really Do Come True. Duncan and I are GRANDPARENTS and Drew is an Uncle. We are thrilled with the arrival of our first grandchild. We are all looking forward to this exciting new chapter in our lives and the wonderful memories we are beginning. She is adorable and what an amazing new adventure we are about to enjoy. Born: March 15th 2014 at 2:58 pm. Weighing: 8lbs 7oz and measuring 22 in. Proud Mom and Dad: Ian and Brittany. Ian and Emma just after she was born.

The Road to October. Jun 15th, 2010 at 8:48 PM. I headed down to Pan Pacific Hotel during lunch today to collect the wedding invitation cards. I chose the card/design based on images (as seen below) sent to me by the wedding coordinator. I had felt that the design wasn't very nice, so wasn't very excited when i headed down this afternoon.
