Bat Marks and Rules. AR USSSA State Tourn. USSSA Points are awarded based on a team's order of finish in any USSSA Event (League, Qualifier, etc.) These points are used to rank teams in their state, region, and nationally. These points are also used as seeding for State and World Series tournaments. All teams participating in a USSSA Sanctioned League earn 100 points.
