We work with children and teenagers of all backgrounds, ethnicity and religion, in groups or as individuals. We aim to encourage and empower, to develop social, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing and to do this according to Christian values, thereby inspiring the growth of mature role models in our community. Is committed to the development, support and sustainment of youth work in Oundle and the surrounding district.

Jon Ratcliffe, Trustee. Jonathan has been an active member of the local community and Oundle Baptist Church since 2005. He is a keen sportsman, who has represented his country at swimming in his youth and is also a qualified pilot. Now a father of 5 he enjoys spending his weekends outdoors with his family as much as possible. Over the years Jonathan benefited enormously from several scholarship schemes and these helped to fire his desire to invest time and energy in helping young people. Studying Geology...
