Danni's Blog: Thing #21
http://shopaholiconthescene.blogspot.com/2008/04/thing-21.html
Sunday, April 20, 2008. This activity was so much fun! I used Photostory3 to create my video, it was extremely easy to follow the directions and uploading to TeacherTube was even easier. I could see using this to help students create videos on book reviews, science projects and the Civil War Debate. I made a video on the annual 5th grade field trip to Camp Cho-Yeh. I can use it to show kids what to expect and how much fun we have each year. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). A Few of my Favorites.

Sunday, April 20, 2008. 1 What were your favorite discoveries or exercises on this learning journey? There were several discoveries that I know will continue to use over and over again. I love Photostory3, the ability to create videos so easily and then upload to TeacherTube is so awesome-I can't wait to share this activity with my students. I've also enjoyed finding social networking websites with interests that I share and connecting to others who are in my profession. I would say promote it more to te...

Danni's Blog: Thing #19
http://shopaholiconthescene.blogspot.com/2008/04/thing-19.html
Sunday, April 20, 2008. Wowwhat a great way to discover what's out on the web! Web20 awards page organizes and evaluates websites in one place. I found several websites that I bookmarked for further investigating. 43 things. Is one website I plan on join-it's a place to write and share your goals and find others who may share some of those goals, and they cheer you on to achieving them. I had lots of fun playing around with the cocktailbuilder.com. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). A Few of my Favorites.

Danni's Blog: February 2008
http://shopaholiconthescene.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 10, 2008. I can see this being very useful for staying up to date with the last technology and media, but also getting news from other blogs by librarians and teachers. Now, I just have to learn how to manage it all on Google reader. I found that some of my favorite websites don't have an RSS feed-interesting I would have thought that all websites would want their readers to subscribe to them. Google has so many cool tools.I didn't know how much to access was out there! OkI've set up my ...

Sunday, April 20, 2008. Nings are a great place to meet, communicate and collaborate others who are in your profession. I found it a great way to learn new ideas, there is so much information on these websites that it can be overwhelming. I like the social networking aspect, I can read message boards, blogs and discover new lessons anonymously or join in the fun. I would put links to the teacher nings. ARK's Instructional Blog: June 2008
http://arksinstructionalblog.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Sunday, June 15, 2008. So many blogs, so little time. Blogging can be bad! Setting time limits would be advisable for anyone interested in blogging. Adults will find that it can be addictive, as you can see from the posting time on this post. Also, I do not want my students staying up late blogging and then coming to school the next day unable to stay awake and learn. Saturday, June 14, 2008. Before we go any further let me introduce My Bright Idea! Welcome to my instructional blog. Get a Voki now! Origi...
