Sunday, April 16, 2006. I an enroute from home to Sikkim with half of the members of my trekking group. Due to big head winds the plane didn't make it to Hong Kong and we stopped for refueling in Tapei which made the trip 16 hours. Not so fun, but survivable. After flights to. Wednesday, November 30, 2005. November 30 On the Way to Thailand. The last few days have been very busy getting ready to meet Annalise in Thailand. Yesterday I made a one day trip to San Diego to give a lecture at the Del Mar library and spend time with Barbara Gottfried, who was my best friend in high school.
