We go up to Crookston to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with my grandpa Lundon. We decided to go a day early because we wanted to relax before the craziness plus its a five hour drive and we have never traveled with Lundon further then 20 minutes in the car. Woke up both ways for the last 40 minutes. When we got to the hotel we had to go swimming! She had gotten a new suit for Christmas for this summer,. We had a spring storm come through last night! Lundon freaked out about the thunder and clung to me. Breck refused to eat dinner because he was to interested in the storm. Asking tons if questions about why it's loud, why the lightning, why the rain? So I tell him. What I was told when I was little and scared of storms. The thunder is God bowling with our grandmas, grandpas and loved ones. The lighting is a strike. And the rain is tears of laughter form having so much fun. He is my sunshine!

This morning durning breakfast Breck was doing his show n tell project "drawing a healthy food". Nothing like waiting till the last minute mom! I said what are you going to drawn. And he replies without hesitation "Avacado on toast". This makes me laugh because my sis introduced me to this a couple minths ago and I'm totally addicted. I eat Avacado toast for lunch every single day (no lie)! So he dug through his crayons looking for the perfect green! And this pic is a keeper. C jane enjoy it.

And there goes September. I've done it again. Didn't blog for almost a whole month! So here it is AGAIN in one big post. Kind of a good thing, kind of a bad thing. This girl is my world. She is sweet and spunky all in one little tiny person! I love her personality and boy does she have one. A girl with few words but many many expressions. Oh sweet Lundon. Most days she sits in the step, stares out the window/door, or grabs a hat or her boots and insists you put them on her. She loves being outside! And how can you say no to that face! Adventure four: movie time! Did I tell you already how much I have enjoyed spring break! I LOVE hanging out with my loves. Although today was a bit challenging. He bugs her. She bugs him. She gets into everything because she is one. He gets into everything because. He is a boy! Same old story. New day. But wouldn't change it for the world. Today I had a date with my Brecker! Lundon stayed home with grandma for a much needed nap while we visited the Hutchinson State Theater. We love the cheap theater.

We finished our last two weeks of summer with a bang! Busy Busy. Busy. One last dip at the Gaberielson's pool. Breck is going to miss his big buddy Ellery when she starts at the 6th grade middle school.where has time gone! Breck attended VBS this year. It worked out perfect, as this was the week that Jerod was gone for work so it kept us both busy. He was so excited to go and dropped off easily. As for me,. One evening we went to visit dad in the cities while he was away for work. Playing the trumpet :).

Introducing the newest member of the Barrick Bunch. Born November 12th 2013. 6lb 13oz 20 inches. Beautiful, healthy, happy. WE ARE IN LOVE (once again) ALL OVER AGAIN! Big brother Breck stayed with grandma and grandpa Smith until it was time to meet his little sister. My sister also joined us, as she captured the moments up to meeting Lundon for the first time. When did my little boy turn into such a big boy? In the past month a lot has changed for this little guy. Becoming a big brother,. Being a big helper,. After having Lundon, Breck wasn't quite sure about her. But after a couple weeks of change we are finally in a routine! I LOVE being home with these two babes. It's so fun to hold a new baby,. And play games and craft with my big boy. Breck is so funny. He giggles out loud at the funny parts, which just kills me! He has been enjoying his advent calendar.
