Armitage Home: Asking why?
http://armitagehome.blogspot.com/2013/12/asking-why.html
When I heard the news of her passing, I was sick. I was sick of people dying. especially people that I care about. I was even more sick about having to tell Londyn that someone else in her life had gone to heaven to be with Zoe. It seems as though a lot of people are returning home too soon. I told her that Dr. green was very sick and Heavenly Father didn't want her to hurt anymore, so she went to heaven to be with Zoe. Without hesitation, she said " I thought only babies go to heaven.". Why did a sweet ...
Armitage Home: July 2013

Fourth of July Weekend. I'm so grateful that my sister-in-law Sarah was able to capture what would be our only family portrait. This was taken on the back steps of Eric and Sarah's house. We had a small BBQ there for the 4th and lit fireworks as a family. We are so blessed to have eternal families and to know that we can be together forever, even after our time here on earth. We miss you so much Zoe. This year, we had a wonderful Fourth celebration. Pancakes from scratch, eggs, sausage and lots of fruit!
Armitage Home: Breaking the Silence

My blogging days have become a thing of the past because let's be honest, life has happened and that's more important right? Nevertheless, I could use a good therapy sesh with the great blogosphere. so here I am. So much has happened since my last update. My parents have been on their mission in Guatemala for 5 months now. They are busy serving The Lord one tooth extraction at a time. Andrew and I will be visiting them next month for 9 days! Where does the time go? There's very little chance it. Will hap...
Armitage Home: August 2014
http://armitagehome.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
On this night. the Eve of our child's last breath on this earth, I don't really know what to do with myself. Sleeping is hard enough while I'm pregnant and with this kind of anxiety, near impossible. Have been reading some of the posts written in the last few days of Zoe's life and am struck with so much emotion. We have been struggling with the decision of when to take our baby off of life support. How do you make that decision? But that is not my decision. It is Zoe's. Lately when Londyn is pouting ove...

The first of many. Snuggling my sweet Londyn this morning as I reflect on one year ago today. Be patient in afflictions, for thou shalt have many; but endure them, for, lo, I am with thee, even unto the end of thy days. (D&C 24:8). Thank you for all of your love and prayers. Today is a beautiful Zoe Day. The Life of Zoe Grace. Grief surfaces when you think you have it completely under control. The week that marks an entire year without a piece of my heart. One day at a time. Taken one year ago today.

DUMMBLOG: Photos and Home!
http://dummanddummer.blogspot.com/2012/07/photos-and-home.html
Thursday, July 26, 2012. Look at the blue number- this is her oxygen saturation level. We are used to seeing high 70's and low 80's on that screen. Now she is in the low 90's (almost normal)! Hanging out with her stuffed friends. Just a short time after chest tubes came out, she was a different kid- crazy driver though! Back to an oxygen "leash" full time for a little while. We came home Sunday afternoon- can you believe it? We are amazed at her recovery! No, not updating your blog is the worst part!

The Milne Family: Little Brother
http://hitchingourwagontoastar.blogspot.com/2015/06/little-brother.html
Sunday, June 14, 2015. These girls have been getting annoyed by their little brother. Recently Emma who is 11 said,. Mom I have tried really hard but Kyler has been annoying me a lot lately.". I answered by reminding her that Kyler is a 7 year old little boy and he is doing what 7 year old little brothers do best. Annoy their older sisters. But we love the little dude! He fills our life with energy, happiness, and lots of love! He gives the best cuddles and he belongs to us! We are a family of 7! KAM KAM...

The Milne Family: My Tribute To Grandma Strawn
http://hitchingourwagontoastar.blogspot.com/2015/06/my-tribute-to-grandma-strawn.html
Friday, June 19, 2015. My Tribute To Grandma Strawn. Darlynn Strawn was an amazing woman but she was not perfect and she was the first tell you so. Her honesty, spunk, quick wit, and genuine love (And sometimes dislike) for others was inspiring. Her down to earth and matter of fact approach to life was refreshing. I did not have to be perfect around her and she just accepted me for me. Another memory is when we lost Grandma on the cruise boat. We took a Family cruise to Alaska and no one could find G...

I put hike the Y in the list because i've been dying to go ever since we moved back. The Milne Family: January 2015
http://hitchingourwagontoastar.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 23, 2015. Christmas 2014.Hello 2015. My favorite Christmas memory of 2014 will be spending Christmas Eve at The Springs Assisted Living Center where Kevin's grandparents live. We brought Christmas Eve to them! I look at the elderly and I see some who have these beautiful wrinkles that form a smile around their face and then there are others who have such a scowl of sadness. Selfishly I want the smile wrinkles when I am 90. Therefore, O ye that embark in the service of God, see that ye ser...

Tuesday, July 17, 2012. Ellie is finally on bypass. The surgeon said he would take his time getting through all the scar tissue and he did. More waiting. Thanks for the updates. DUMMBLOG: Update #1
http://dummanddummer.blogspot.com/2012/07/update-1.html
Tuesday, July 17, 2012. It just doesn't get easier to send her away with the anesthesiologist! I have to say that we sent her away happy. The anesthesiologist had her talking up a storm. I'm sure the only way they got her quiet was to put her to sleep. I was really impressed with this guy. We met with the surgeon as well and know that Ellie is in very good hands. You are in my thoughts and prayers! Who is your anesthesiologist. My friend is one at PCMC. Dr Liu. July 17, 2012 at 11:48 AM. This Is Our Joy.
DUMMBLOG: June 2010
http://dummanddummer.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 25, 2010. Cardiology, ENT, and Catch Up. We made it through another Cardiology visit last week without any big surprises. Phew! Dr E thought Ellie's loud breathing sounded more like an upper airway issue than a heart issue. We were sent to ENT for an evaluation of her tonsils and adenoids. On Monday, Ellie had to have a tube/camera combination shoved down her nose yet again to take a look at her throat. She is such a trooper! Edd is the fishing queen! While we were in Portland, it was import...
