Starting from where we left off.March '09. Tate turned one on, March 27th, and we had his first birthday on the 28th! It was an emotional day full of drama, no doubt. That morning while I was making last minute preparations, Tate lost his grip on a chair he was holding on to and fell flat on his forehead! He was not quite walking yet, but was very good at pulling up on everything, and just totally lost his balance. The left side of his forehead immediately got huge and turned sooo blue! And baby makes 3!

Saturday, August 2, 2014. Kilpatrick, Party of Five. He's little, but he is awesome." I remember seeing how small he looked in the doctor's hands but that his skin looked so healthy and pink! Compared with Rhys, he looked so much better. And yet, we still had to head straight to the NICU. He was put on three lamps to help him process out the bilirubin and he had wires and IV cords everywhere. But really we anticipated that you might be there for a very short stay! Still praying for you, our Little Bear!

Wednesday, July 16, 2014. The Day Before Beckett. Since we knew Beckett would be arriving on Thursday, we spent Wednesday evening at home just enjoying being our little foursome for the last time. Aunt Rachael was gracious to take pictures for us and help us remember how blessed we were to be adding our sweet Little Bear to our family. And then we tried in vain to sleep our last night at home. Monday, July 4, 2011. My sweet baby girl is one year old! I can't believe how fast this year has flown by! We wanted to have a sweet celebration as sweet as our Berkley! The party was so fun! We had all of our closest friends and family there! I had a lot of fun playing with the 'Ice Cream' theme. I think my favorites were the cupcakes.
