Sunday, May 22, 2011. God is good and faithful. By virtue of the fact that my car was blocking my husband Tom's in the driveway, we drove my car to church today. Later in the afternoon we drove it again to prayer meeting. On our way Tom, who drove, noticed the alignment of my car was pulling to the right. Tuesday, May 24, 2005. No it is not a mis-spelling. I went on a ferry on Monday with my friend Jackie to visit her sister JoAnna. Last year I was in Jo's wedding and have seen her only twice since. I was by myself most of the time. One couple did show up a bit later, but they didn't disturb the 'quiet' of the shore. I check the time and head back to the church and get there about 6:20. Oh boy! Monday, July 25, 2005. I am in pain. I have never been this sore from ice-skating before but it seems that landing a jump for the first time comes with a price! Monday, August 12, 2013. I have come across a few blogs that are dedicated to refashioning old clothing into new, fun, updated outfits. I have become inspired! I now buy clothing at garage sales and pick through friend's 'get rid of' bags. Recently a friend from my church gave me 4 bags of clothing and material which she had culled from her mother-in-laws dressers. So many lovely things!
