Since I haven't done these in a while, these went a lot better than I anticipated. Work to a tough single from the rack. These didn't feel as great as I hoped. 230 is my PR and I hoped to beat that today. Thrusters 75 lbs. (3)(6)(9)(7-5)(6-5-4)(7-6-5)(8-7-6)(5). 173 Reps (Through the round of 21 5 thrusters). Training June 26, 2015. 180 lbs. (5 lbs. PR). 3-3-3 Build on press max.

A Road to a Goal. Saturday, November 29, 2014. Training November 29, 2014. M1: 30 Double Unders. M4: 20 Air Squats. M5: 8 Ring Dips. 3 RM with 0:02 at top of movement. This felt pretty good. I might of had another 10 lbs. in me, but had to move on. Heavy single (not max) in 15:00. 320 lbs. (5 lbs. PR). This felt awesome. I definitely had some more in me, but stuck to the program and called it good. Squat Cleans 145 lbs. (12)(6-3)(Singles)(Singles). Finish with 100 Double Unders (50-30-20). 132, 143, 154.
