Singkat cerita, saya masih di Jepang, masih bergumul dengan eksperimen-eksperimen yang harus dilakukan berulang kali. Kenapa? Jangan ditanya lah yaa hehehe. Ada saat susah, ada saat mudah. Kali ini saya ingin posting tips yang memang ingin saya coba suatu saat nanti hehe.Tips tentang 'Bagaimana agar kentang goreng renyah'. Rendam kentang dalam air dingin selama 1 jam, kemudian goreng sebentar, angkat dan tiriskan hingga kering, lalu goreng kembali hingga matang. Kentang renyah siap disajikan dan dimakan :).
