I flew in from Buenos Aires to its capital, Santiago de Chile. I later visited the city of Valparaiso. about 70 miles from Santiago and one the country’s most important seaports. The city of Viña del Mar. is a city of long stretches of white sandy beaches and a major attraction for national and international tourists. May 27th, 2014. I'm in Puerto Rico.
