Around the World with 5 Kids. Wednesday, September 25, 2013. Dubai is a fun place to visit for Christmas. It is warm and sunny. Within a few minutes, you can be at the Mall of the Emirates enjoying the snowy slopes of the indoor skiing experience. Or, at Dubai Mall enjoying the Ice Skating experience. We even heard Christmas music playing over the sound system at both malls! We had a great time! View from our balcony, over looking the palm.
