Thursday, February 28, 2008. 塔克辛回泰國了.這位被起訴貪污的前泰國總理回國的新聞一小時輪播一次。當他抵達國門時，跪在地下親吻自己的土地。先不管他的貪污是不是屬實 (還未完成調查) 但是這一幕真是讓我感動。 去年聖誕節，去泰國找朋友時剛好碰到當地的議員選舉。當時還陪著朋友在高溫40度的太陽底下投票。當時的感覺.一切都好祥和。當然在投票結束後，政論性的節目也會討論選後的局勢等等的。當時我非常感興趣看著哇啦哇啦講一堆泰文的政論節目，然後拉著朋友問一堆問題。 奇怪的是，每當問到關於泰國皇室對政局的影響，或是提到塔克辛，我的泰國朋友Golf就會說.let's not talk about the King and Thaksin at all (btw, Golf是我在美國的室友，在美國上班好多年了)。所以讓我非常的困惑，因為Golf對我來說已經是個老美，幹嘛要顧忌談論政治性的問題? 更希望台灣能有一天成為被國際社會認定的獨立國家, God bless Taiwan. This is Mag's speaking! Friday, August 31, 2007. It's been a long time from my last post. (反而在美國上班比較有空寫blog). 最近很忙，自從七月在總公司開完會後，就開始kick-off第三季最大的案子 (這邊就不方便說了)。又開始每天加班到半夜的日子.再加上客戶那邊在八月初幾乎換新人進來，扣掉幫客戶教育訓練以及trouble shooting的時間後，剩下的工作只好晚上弄完了。 這個新案子美國老大給的壓力很大阿.甚至放話說本公司可以不賺錢但是這案子一定要如期完成。哇靠，我跟小老闆可以說每天汲汲營營 (阿.怎麼忙都不會變瘦) 。終於這個案子已經進入final階段了，感謝主。 除了工作之外，最近的這幾週都會去參加主日，上禮拜還跟阿香&小英一起去 (還有口愛的思岑.好命的小孩阿)。好像很久沒有高中姐妹的聚會耶.有看到的人提意見看看想去哪唄. Food, Fun and laughing in Pier 39. This is where I left my heart, city of San Francisco. My previous house in downtown Berkeley, my room is in the 3rd floor on the left. Where I went almost everyday in year 2004, UC-Berkeley. Such a quality time with Yen and D in LA. Me with Sisi and Sisi's mom. No song that I could sing.

Thursday, December 04, 2008. 從小就很希望有一天可以帶爸媽出國去玩，雖然說還沒有真正賺大錢，不過爸媽的結婚30周年也快到了，幾個月前就有念頭想要帶爸媽去她們最愛的日本去走一走。 還好我新航的account里程數夠我換兩張來回機票，另外再買一張機票、定好飯店就搞定了。 京都真的很美，唯一的缺點是日本人不說英文。所以在問路的時候就形成一種我講我的英文、她們講他門的日文的畫面，說實話還滿鬼打牆的。最後，還是大家用漢字來紙筆溝通最快。 平常每天幾乎跟爸媽見面都不到一小時，有時候還好幾天見一次面 (瘋狂加班的時候)。所以我很珍惜這次旅行，每天24小時跟爸媽相處。一路上聊天講笑話，還有狂拍情境照片(我叫爸拿地圖站路中間，假裝是很專業的背包客之類.)；跟日本人一起大排長龍買章魚燒；也跟爸媽聊到最近煩惱的事情還有之後想要做的事情。 這禮拜一回到台北後，把相簿的link傳給同事們看，幾乎大家都跟我說 "挖好棒喔可以跟爸媽出去玩"。我想這接下來會蔚為風潮吧，呵呵。 Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
