A P’s 2014-15 Artists-in-Residence program is a 14-month long residency offered to professional artists living and working in Los Angeles. Artists receive free, non-living studio space for development of new work. The residency will culminate in an exhibition of residents’ work in July, 2015. Multidisciplinary artist Dale Brockman Davis is an artist, teacher, community arts activist, and curator. With his brother, Alonzo Brockman Davis, he is the co-founder of the Brockman Gallery.

What fees are involved? Utilize an open, non-judgmental environment where creativity allows for a deep inner listening. Workshop leader and artist Lynn Penney leads participants through the day with poems, silence, sharing and art making so we can…. Listen more deeply to that place where our soul and creativity live. Give expression to ourselves in new ways. Full day workshops are usually held on a Saturday from 9 AM 3 PM, though other time frames also work well. All materials are provided.
