Januar 2012. Im Wandel der Zeit ;-). Seit dem 20.03.2011 hat sich mein BMI von 43,6 auf 32,5 verbessert. Und auch wenn ich zur Zeit definitiv noch keine Fotos hier reinstellen möchte hier mal ein kurzer Blick auf die körperlichen Veränderungen anhand der beliebten "virtuell model" :D. 22 Januar 2012 um 11:21.
