Dodge Revolution by Keith Schaffer

The Dodge Revolution App allows you to unlock and customize five different Dodge cars and SUV's and take them for a test spin on three distinct tracks. While I did do a lot of work on this project, I did not do it alone. I worked with some great artists to create all of the screen shots here. All images are direct screen captures from device. Mountain Climber by Keith Schaffer

Climber started as a high-poly sculpt in Z-Brush that was then retopologized using TopoGun 3d. Textures were hand painted using the AO bake from the high poly as a starting point. The final material is diffuse only with simple baked in lighting. From concept to completion, this model took about 2 and a half weeks, with a day or two extra for rigging and rendering. The final low poly model is 7986 tri, with 7160 used for the body and 413 tri for each of the two weapons.

Created for fun over the course of a couple of week, this scene is just over 16000 tri for all objects including the ground plane and cards. With this project, I wanted to create a more stylized hand painted look. As such, all of the textures were created by hand using Photoshop and Z-brush. Software used: 3ds Max, Z-brush, Photoshop, Maya, nDo, Substance Painter. Rendered in Marmoset 2.

Professional Work: The Virtual Patient Project was an advanced research project conducted by the Institute for Creative Technologies, a part of USC, in conjunction with the US Armed forces and various other research colleges. The goal of the project was to create a life like character that a participant could have a conversation with. Art by Kelli Greentree. Creating Art for the World to Enjoy. I love color. Bright and cheery, dark and creepy, I love it all. I enjoy putting colors together and watching them play with each other. They jump off the canvas and make it breathe - giving the art life. I am fascinated by the first touch of paintbrush to canvas and the complex interactions each stroke has with the next.
