One of my passions in life has been activism. My first taste came in college at vanderbilt university. When i was part of a group of students who started the first lesbian and gay organization on campus, vanderbilt lambda. It was there that i first became aware of and got involved in act-up. I love animals. i grew up with dogs from a very young age – often 2 or 3 at a time – until i went off to college. after moving to new orleans post-college, i got my first cat, which was soon followed by my second. i currently have two cats who are brothers.
