Margot Robinson is a self-taught, outsider artist. In the early 80’s she went to Italy to study sculpture. For a few years she created terra cotta sculptures but then let her clay artistic ability sit dormant. Years later she started to create sculptures that looked like they came from an ancient time. Her sculptures, The Peaceful Warrior Collection. Are based on Haniwa tomb sculptures from the 3rd through 6th century in Japan. They were burial vessels meant to accompany souls to the next world.

For art, we followed the inspiration of an Earth artist and sculpture, Andy Goldsworthy. He works in various places, creating art from objects found in nature. Earth Art is a form of art where you use only materials that you find outside to create sculptures that reflect patterns, colors and shapes that you find around you.
