Skip to main content. My work concerns itself with the human form. I use clay to sculpt, a kiln to fire and finish. Most of the pieces are the result of study sessions with a live model. First comes the challenge to find the right pose. What should it say? Then to decide how large should it be, what clay to use, should it be coil built or hollowed out? So each one becomes a unique expression of all those deliberations. There is joy in the construction.
