My paintings are traditional, representational oil on board, mostly landscapes. I am influenced by many classical artists that were Masters of the glazing technique, which is rarely used these days. Glazing with oil is a time consuming, labor intensive technique that creates depth and extraordinary luminosity. Open Saturdays 10-4, Sundays noon-4 and by appointment.

I have had a lifelong interest in photography starting out with a Kodak camera that my father gave to me as a youngster. An old enlarger found at the city dump presented some interesting challenges for my tiny darkroom in my clothes closet. I am now enjoying exploring the techniques of digital photography.
