Community Based Tourism Pinge. Business Vacation on Bali 2012. The second half of my stay I dedicated to my idea of organising a Yoga Intensive Course on Bali in April 2013. I visited my good friend Made Denaysa in Pinge, who welcomed me with delicious home made food. Have you ever eaten PURPLE POTATOES? Yes as purple as it gets with yellow rice and for dessert baked rice flower cake. All prepared from local vegetables and fruits, that grow abandonly in Pinge's furtile lands. A seemingly hopeless time of doing nothing reaches it's end when I eventually grasp Mr. Djinaldi's e-mail in my google account; "Your room in Pinge will be ready on Wednesday! Along with this note I received the telephone number of Mr. Made Suardika. Apparently, he is the only person in Pinge with English skills to support my stay. Saturday, September 29, 2012. I and my tea set arrived safe and sound in Winnipeg. The customs officials needed to look through every pocket of my luggage, but it gave me a chance to see that everything had arrived safely. We tried out three cups for supper. Now I just have to get over jet-lag and jump back into life in Canada. Last Supper in Jordan.
