Tuesday, May 1, 2012. How is it possible that April is already over? We had a super busy month! To start things off, we attended an egg hunt with the mom's group I'm a part of. There were over two thousand eggs scattered across the grass. Ben had a great time collecting them and I was just thankful that a lot of them had stickers, erasers, and pennies inside of them instead of all being filled with candy. Friday, August 31, 2012. Suddenly it became clear to me why he had been so adamant that the Grand Canyon was man made. He thought it was a grand canon. Monday, August 27, 2012. Saturday, September 28, 2013. We don't have wood working equipment and neither of our home improvement stores do precise cuts in wood, so I had to spend a bit more than I would have liked to get boards that were the width I needed. I did purchase a cheap miter block and saw, so I cut things to the length I needed with that. Sawing by hand was not easy! Friday, October 14, 2011. Emotions of Pregnancy after Infertility. Tuesday, October 4, 2011. Guess Who's Getting a Little Brother! This pregnancy is flying by! I'm 19 weeks and I think now I almost want it to slow down just a tiny bit. I love this stage! I'm finally starting to show a tiny bit more and in the last few weeks I've felt little flutters and kicks and it's just amazing! And, we found out that God is blessing us with another boy! OK, so still not showing a ton, but definitely growing!

Wednesday, October 2, 2013. This past weekend Matt had a conference in Chicago. We have known about this for almost a year, and when we decided Ben was going to school this year, we also decided that when Matt had short conference trips, we would pull Ben out and go with him. Despite the fact that Matt is in his conference all day, it makes for a nice family getaway. Monday morning the boys were up by 5:20! I prayed with her. I've kept praying for her. Elijah was a bit more cautious about the cold water.
