Por lo que tengo entendido, todos los lugares con turistas se visten de fiesta y agasajan de alguna manera a sus clientes, para que vivan el color local de las celebraciones. En Buenos Aires se hace algo parecido cuando es el día de la soberanía nacional. Restaurantes como Las Cholas. Se tiñen de celeste y blanco y agasajan a los comensales con espectáculos de folklore!
