The Matthew in the Cupboard. We finished some projects in the house. One of them was to hang pegboard so I can hang my pots and pans (a la Julia Child). This freed up a cupboard. Today we became a forever family. It's also Matthew's first birthday! I can't believe an entire year has gone by. Yes, it's snowing. We went to court today. Of course, we ended up on the wrong floor. Dad was sent to find us. We made it to the right floor, and everything went smoothly. The papers were signed, and we were pronounced a family. My new Kitchen Toy. The benefit has been how awesomely fast it cooks other food. Chicken, roast, veggies all quick easy, tasty and nutritious. My new Kitchen Toy.

Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas Day. After bedtime, before the chaos. We had church this morning. Matthew got up at 6:45am, but since we had church, we decided to wait to do presents. Luckily, there was an Aquadoodle left in the tree ready to go to church. Once Matthew opened his trains, and tracks he was done with Christmas. He didn't care about any of the other gifts. We moved them to his train table. He decided to delay his nap by playing. And playing. And playing. Even Chloe was happy today.
