The Art of Getting Lost in Europe. Let's get lost and enjoy Europe! October 17, 2012. Day 29: Louvre to Lafayette. My last day in Paris and in Europe. I wanted to wake up earlier but well it’s holiday, why should I wake up early? I left the hostel at 9AM and went to Louvre. When I arrived there, it was empty. I heard that the queue to get inside the Louvre is usually long, but that morning, it was empty. The ticket booth at Carousel du Louvre was closed. The museum is closed every Tuesday. From there, I ...

The Art of Getting Lost in South Korea. August 14, 2015. From the renovated bridge, I continued my walk until I found this sign showing that the village was 0.2 KM away….fiuhhh…. After crossing the wide bridge, I finally arrived at Gyochon Traditional Village. There were these cute statues at the gate of the village. I thought it was a real village where people live their daily lives but it was more of a tourist attraction site. It was rather empty, not a lot of people coming there that day. The Art of G...

The Art of Getting Lost in South Korea. August 15, 2015. My last destination for this day was Anapji Pond. As I was thinking on how to get there, I saw this mode of transportation:. It’s surprising to see these Cinderella’s carts….keekekeke….if I wasn’t traveling on my own, I might try to go around the city riding one of them. It’s kinda embarrassing riding it by myself :p. So, I continued walking and saw this ancient burial site:. Near the pond, I was side-tracked by this enchanting pavilion in the field.

The Art of Getting Lost in South Korea. Shopping Street Near Busan National University. November 14, 2014. From Beomeosa Temple, I took the subway and got off at the Busan National University station. I didn’t know for sure what I wanted to see in this area but I knew that the best shopping streets in Busan are located around universities. As soon as I stepped outside the station, I felt excited looking at various shops on each side of the street. The campus was pretty with a mountain in the background.

The Art of Getting Lost in South Korea. Flower Field, Forest and The Observatory. August 14, 2015. My next destination was the Observatory (Cheomseongdae). It was not far from the village and to get there, I walked through a flower field. I wished I had more time to visit the field in the morning, when the sun was not directly above my head. The forest was pretty with autumn color. Perfect place for a dose of romance in our lives. Evening Treat →. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here.
