Top Ten Things We Learned While Shooting The Tunnel. Next film, estimate the hours we’ll need to shoot—then multiple by three. It’s amazing the amount of money it takes to shoot a no-budget film. If it ain’t broke—just wait two minutes. A diy-wheelchair-rickshaw doesn’t necessarily make the best camera dolly. An all male crew has tons more energy when attractive young females are on set. One take is hardly ever enough, but sometimes it’s all you get. Munchies and Coffee.lots and lots of coffee!

All Is Not ‘Normal’ At Penn State Film Festival. Thursday, April 28 - The Student Film Organization at Penn State University held its annual Blue and White Film Festival last night at the State Theatre in downtown State College, PA. Eighteen short films were selected to be shown from over 40 student entries submitted. Among the films chosen was the drama ‘Normal’ by senior film major Cory Reed Blasdell. We would like to officially announce that The Tunnel has been accepted into the Alexandria Film Festival just outside of Washington, D.C. The event will run from November 7th - 10th, 2013.
