A Record of My Creative Experimenting. Wednesday, October 26, 2011. My New Living Room, Guest and Craft Room. I'm so excited to introduce my latest furnishing and decorating project, my living room! I found this painting at a antique shop (more like a flea market type place than antiques) I got it for $130 and I'm in love with it. It's a local artiest and it reminds me of the foothills and Dish in Palo Alto. You know how I love my antique mirrors. Found these at that same Flea market antique place $10.

I wanted to make my friends come and visit to see, but now that a few have come to see it in. Person I wont use that enticement anymore. So In the next few days. I will start the "unveiling" of our regal Austin Mansion. Mansion only in comparison to our 900 sq ft California apt). Well have to come visit. Locke just accepted a position in Dallas! Monday, May 7, 2012. While Rory was out of town my gracious friends Jaime and Jessica offered to help me take the kids strawberry picking. It was magical! Fabulous day. Friday, June 1, 2012. Today we made our summer bored jar. Every time the kids say they are bored they have to pull an activity from the jar. Some are fun like "eat ice cream" and some are chores like "sweep the kitchen floor". It's a gamble so you better entertain yourself. Here is our list in case you want to do the same idea. Happy Summering. 1 Draw a Picture of your family. 2 Paint a picture. 3 run from fence to fence 10 times. 4 straiten the books in the bookshelf. 5 read a story. 7 Play a board game.
